What you can do today

Akkaas starts where the work piles up first: the inquiries, the weddings they turn into, getting paid, and the day itself.

  1. Every inquiry in one inbox

Couples write from your website and land in one place, newest first, sorted by where you are with them.

  2. Date check

Open an inquiry and see who else asked about the same wedding date, and whether you are already booked that day.

  3. Bookings and the couple's story

Book an inquiry in one click. Keep every event, the couple and their family, their story and what they expect in one place.

  4. Packages and prices

Your packages and add-ons in one price list. Put one on a booking, add extras or a discount, and the total adds up.

  5. Invoices and payments

Set your payment schedule once. Each invoice comes from the package with its due dates, and you record payments as they arrive.

  6. Contracts, signed online

Your own contract, filled in with the couple, events and payments. They sign on a private link, and you keep the signed copy.

  7. Couple questionnaire

Send a private link. Couples tell you their story, family, plans for the day and vendors, and you add their answers in one click.

  8. The day, planned

Each event's run of the day, past midnight too, and the family photos to tick off on your phone. Print it for the coordinator.

  9. Your team, with the right access

Invite assistants and second shooters by email. A second shooter sees the day plan, never the inbox, prices, contracts or the couple's details.

  10. Private notes

Call notes and follow-ups on every inquiry, with who wrote what and when. Only your studio sees them.

Still developing

Everything behind the camera, one piece at a time. This is the plan, in order. None of it is available yet.

Your website, or one we build

Keep the site you love

Squarespace, Pixieset, WordPress: keep it. An inquiry form for any website is on the roadmap, and every inquiry it sends will land in Akkaas.

Or let us build one

We design and build portfolio sites for wedding photographers, connected to Akkaas from day one.

Built by a photographer who writes code

I've been a software developer for more than 10 years, and I shoot as a hobby. After every shoot I wished for one place to run it all: my gear, my budget, my calendar and my team.

A place where new clients could find me and reach me. Where I could hand over their photos and hear what they love or want changed. Where we could talk before and during the shoot, so I'd know their story, who their immediate family is, and every detail of the day, with notes on what they expect from me.

I couldn't find it, so I'm building it. Akkaas is that place, starting with the inquiries.
